THE WHY

In today's fast-paced world, mental health has become a critical concern. Many individuals struggle with stress, anxiety, and depression, often feeling overwhelmed and isolated. The challenge lies in finding effective and accessible solutions to promote mental well-being.

THE HOW

We've developed a cutting-edge mental wellness app designed to empower individuals on their journey to mental and emotional health. Our app offers a personalized approach, combining evidence-based techniques with innovative technology.

MY ROLE

As a designer i was in charge of developing a consistent visual language, including color palette, typography, and iconography, that reflects the app's brand identity and promotes a calming and serene atmosphere. Created visually appealing and user-friendly interface elements, such as buttons, forms, and navigation menus.


Structuring the app's content and features in a logical and intuitive manner was my prority, I created clear and efficient user flows to guide users through the app's various functionalities, such as mindfulness exercises, progress tracking, and community interactions. i conducted A/B tests to compare different design variations and identify the most effective solutions.
